Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and instructions to monitor your parcel.

Please allow a short period for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

Although we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Exchanges

At this time, LUAVY does not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
